It is difficult walking through life with feelings of anxiety, depression, and negative self beliefs that pull you from being present in your every day life. I believe therapy is a courageous step towards self understanding and I would love to walk this journey with you. Many of my clients experience relational problems, the weight of social comparison, trauma, and/or struggling with major decisions – all which have an impact on their life.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness based practices to guide you through past/current trauma, anxiety, or any other struggles you may be facing. However, with each individual being unique in their experiences, I take a holistic and humor filled approach to well-being and love helping others expand their toolbox to best serve them.
