Over 50% of our therapists have worked as first responders or in public service roles. All providers who work with first responders have been trained to be culturally competent in the field. It’s a job that creates challenges like no other, so first responders need therapists who have firsthand knowledge and experience with the struggles of the men and women who have experienced the turmoil and mental fatigue that can be an everyday part of these noble professions.
